- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server information for every request — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — for security and reliability purposes.

Responding to enquiries and conducting partner correspondence

Supporting due diligence requested by a counterparty

Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers acting on our instructions, and with regulated partners where a specific engagement requires it. Current providers:

How long we keep it
Correspondence and server logs are each retained for 24 months, unless a longer period is required to investigate a security incident or to meet a legal obligation.
